Play time with Ella!

Here are a couple of fun videos of Ella playing and then the last one that shows you how our lives have changed in the past couple weeks!

I say it all the time we are so blessed with this happy girl.  She will play with her toys for a good 30 to 40 minutes a lot of the time by herself.  She loves to laugh and play!

 This final video is not the best quality - sorry but it is the first time Ella really started to crawl so I have to post it and yes our lives are very different now.  Last night she was in the kitchen with me and a minute later at the front door.  She is now super quick and loving the freedom that she can now go whereever she wants!

I can Pedal!

Lily is growin up so fast and so many things have been happening in the recent past.  She is potty trained, she now sleeps in a bed, not her crib and she can pedal her tricycle!  She is no longer a baby she is a little girl!

Pumpkin Patch!

We went out to Bates Nut Farm to get our Pumpkins last week.  Here's the thing.  It was a cool day in Oceanside but not so much in Valley Center.  I should know better having grown up in Escondido and going to Bates every year.  These poor girls were dressed for Fall and it was like 85 degrees at the Pumpkin Patch.  Poor Ella ended up with a heat rash.  We ended up getting so hot we left without getting our pumpkins - crazy right!  Here are some pics of the kiddos!

Anna's Birthday!

Cheerios!

  Ella love her cheerios and the new freedom of feeding herself.  This of course also make dinner a bit easier in the sense that we can now eat because she is entertained by trying to pick these up!   Thank you Cheerios!

I love to play!

The girls love to play in Lily's bed and I just love these pictures of the girls as they do look like they are in jail!

My first Snow Cone!

We went to a sidewalk chalk art festival in Carlsbad and they had all sorts of yummy things to eat but what caught Lily's eye were the snow cones as you can see below she kind of likes them.....alot!

I am a Big Girl Now!

 Lily is officially a big girl now as she is potty trained.  Honestly she would have done this much sooner if I had been more consistent with it.  She loves her new Dora underwear and the treats that come with using the potty!

She got to pick out her own treat at the store so of course she found the larges and most colorful cupckae the store had!

Balls of Fun!

Here are some pics of our sweet girl playing with some of Lily's toys. She hasn't quite figured out the crawling thing yet but it's coming and soon.

Bathing Beautys

The end of August brought a treat for Ella and me. Ella can finally go in the big bath tub. Yeah no more seperate bath times. Ella loves it and Lily well it too a few times but now she loves it too!
