A little love from your sister!

Caught these two the other night in the tub.  I hope they will always know how blessed they are to have a sister.  Such a gift!

The next morning performing to my little pony!

Legoland

One of the many things I love about Lily's preschool schedule is that Monday and Fridays are ours to do with what we want and we want to play. We headed over last Friday to Legoland with Aunt Lindsay, Declan and Lexi!

I love this face.  So sweet!

We snuck the little ones on the driving school ride at Legoland because you are suppose to be 3 but they rocked it and loved it!

Two hands on the wheel please.  Just like her mom - easily distracted!

Look Mom we got our drivers license!

This driving a boat is serious business!

Lily's school party

The following Tuesday after Lily's birthday she was able to do her school celebration.  We were not allowed to do cupcakes because it was picture day.  Bummer!!  We did cookies and juice boxes instead.  It was so much fun!

When the children come into class everyday they wash their hands and then sit down in a circle by their name.  Ella knows which one is Lily's name and she always goes and sits down right by her name.  It is so sweet.  This one will definitely be ready next year!

Check out this video of her school mates singing to her.  So sweet!

Playground fun.  Declan and Lily have the same playground time so even though they are in different classes they get to be together at recess.

Happy 5th Birthday Lily bug!

Wow 5 years old!  How did this happen. It is a cliche and we all say it but our lives are flying by us and you are growing and changing to quickly.  I have to thank God that I get to live it with you daily to enjoy the good and not so good as you become this amazing person right before my eyes.  You are a kind, creative, sensitive, beautiful child and a true gift to all those who cross your path.  I will never know what I did in my life to deserve you but I do know how to count my blessings.  I pray that this year goes by more slowly as I am not quite ready to let go of this precious time when you are home with me and we are free to play and explore.  I love you like nobody else.  Happy Birthday my love my precious beautiful girl!

This year we celebrated Lily's birthday at Kidsville.  It was a perfect place to have a party and I think that all the kiddos had a wonderful time.  I know we did.

Oh this is how excited Lily was to be on the way to her party.  This kid kills me.  Who falls asleep at 9:30 in the morning on the way to their own party.  The answer is Lily!

Our birthday girl all refreshed from her cat nap!

Happy Halloween!

Halloween was so much fun this year with the exception of not having our Declan and Lexi with us to trick or treat and of course daddy was missing too.  The day started out at the gym with some of us girls dressing up for kickboxing.  Later it was Lily's parade at school and then onto our annual Halloween event!

Lily was a peacock fairy this year.  Couldn't resist this.  I won't be telling daddy the actual cost of this ensemble.

Declan the cutest train conductor I ever did see!

Mrs. Hollister.  Lily's teacher!

Lily's class parading around school!

Class Photo!

We started a Halloween tradition about 5 years ago when everyone would come to our house for a pre-party and then onto Trick or Treating.  It has grown into quite a big event.  I love that all the cousins get together to go trick or treating.  This year Adam and Lindsay moved into an awesome neighborhood who does Halloween big so we were minus them this year.  They were missed terribly but it looks like they had an awesome time!

Our littlest pumpkin!
