May was an awesome month because we went to Aruba. Such an awesome trip. The four of us went with the Herkert clan and it was amazing. The kids and the adults all had a great time. The traveling was much easier than I anticipated too. I am going to post pictures but if you click on this link below it will take you to the incredible slide show Lindsay made of our trip. What is better than having an incredible vacation - nothing except for taking a photographer with you to capture all the fun!

We stayed at the Aruba Marriott Ocean Club. The people there were awesome. Our room was across from the Hekerts with an awesome patio overlooking the pool and the ocean. It really doesn't get better than this!

There was a small kiddie pool that the girls loved. Here is Lily and Lexi doing ring around the rosie!
Dinner on the beach literally! Such a great place to take the kids and still enjoy eating out!
This restaurant comes complete with trees to climb to keep the little ones entertained!

Iguanas everywhere! So I don't like reptiles of any kind but of course my girls do. The hotel had an iguana sanctuary and these things run wild around the resort. Something I was not wild about. They are everywhere. Harmless but unnerving. Oh I should mention they will swim across the pool too!
This one would chase after them roaring at them like a dinosaur. I don't think much scares these guys except for maybe Ella!
Every afternoon the kids would get some ice cream. Hard to eat while it was melting so fast.
She took a couple naps this trip on the lounge chair next to the waterfall. What a life.
Our night out! Since we vacationed with the Herkerts we decided that each couple should have a night out. It was so nice and Mike won $1,000 at the local casino. It was a good evening. Here are some shots of the kiddos!

On our second to last day we went on a Pirate Ship adventure. The kids loved it. They had music playing and three different spots where you could get out and snorkel. Another great day in Aruba!

We met a lovely family from the East Coast. Geoff, Michelle and their daughter Marlo.
One of the best parts of the boat. They had a rope swing.

Thank you Herkerts for the most wonderful vacation. I can't tell you how much fun this trip was. Even as I post the pictures now - it takes me back. A special thank you to Lindsay for capturing all of these wonderful memories. You are amazing!
