Starting Over... Part five!

September 2012

The great thing about San Diego is summer doesn't end in August. In fact September is typically the warmest month for us. This was the month Lily started Pre-School. I have to admit I did tear up at the Orientation they had for the parents. It is such a big milestone. You realize they aren't babies anymore. Although as I look back she really was still a baby.

We typically start out our September in Orange County because the city of Orange has a great labor day festival with all sorts of yummy food and live music so we spend a night at Grandmas so we can all go together.

Apple Picking. This was our first year attending this tradition of Aunt Lindsay's. We had fun but it sure was warm.

More soccer pics. If you notice from our other pictures Lily's uniform has changed. Once Lily and Declan realized they were on different teams they no longer wanted to play unless they could be with each other. Since Adam was coaching we were able to put Lily on his team. I just love these shots of the two of them holding hands and running. So precious.

First Day of Pre-School!

On their first day they ask the parents to come with them and they get to just play with whatever they want and familiarize themselves with the classroom. Lily loved it from the get go. She probably would have been fine if I wasn't there. So independent.

Since Lily had the first time slot Aunt Lindsay watched Ella and then Declan had the second time slot with his teacher so we had Lexi. It couldn't have worked out better!
